Rate table for the year 2026 (01/04/2026 – 08/11/2026)

Prices refer to rent per night and apartment (not per person) and include VAT.

Ecotax not included; €2.20 per night from 16 years old the first 8 nights, from the ninth €1.10.

To confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 25% of the total reservation is required. In case of cancellation, the advance will only be returned 60 days before the reservation or it will be kept without expiration for a future reservation.

Guidelines for behavior

Dear Guests,

Thank you very much for your trust.

We would like to remind you of some important guidelines in our establishment:

• Please do not use the bed linen, towels, blankets, etc., outside the apartment or hang them on the balcony.

• If any breakage occurs, we kindly ask you to inform us so that we can take the necessary measures.

• To ensure the rest and tranquility of all guests, we kindly ask you to maintain good behavior, avoiding slamming doors, moving furniture, loud music, etc.

• We kindly ask you to use the apartment responsibly. The following is strictly prohibited:

  • Taking furniture out onto the balcony.
  • Smoking inside the apartment.
  • Bringing bicycles inside.
  • Bringing pets.
  • Dyeing your hair.
  • Using products with bleach.

• Garbage collection is not included in our service. Out of respect for the cleaning staff, we kindly ask you not to leave trash in the apartment. You will find containers at the exit of Cala Figuera.

• Finally, given the drought we are experiencing, we kindly ask you to use water responsibly.
