Located on the 4th, 5th, and 6th floors of the Llevant Building, with a size of 95 m², divided into:

3 double bedrooms with separate beds, a wardrobe, and bedside tables. Bed linen included and changed depending on the length of stay.
2 bathrooms with showers; the main one has 4 pieces and has been renovated, while the auxiliary one has 3 (available from 4 guests onwards). Equipped with towels (replaced depending on the number of nights), hand soap, toilet paper, and a hairdryer.
Terrace with sea view, furnished with a table, chairs, and a drying rack.
Fully equipped kitchen with sea view; fridge with freezer, gas stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, kitchenware, and cleaning utensils.
Living room with sea view; plasma TV (ASTRA satellite or DTV) and a dining table for 6 people.
Elevator.
Cleaning service depending on the number of nights.
Free Wi-Fi connection.
24-hour self-check-in. The keys are placed in a lockbox. Mandatory document registration online or in person.
Self-check-out by leaving the keys in the apartment.
Free early check-in, subject to availability.
No parking available, but free street parking is possible.
Children from 10 years old.
No pets allowed.
Bicycles are strictly prohibited inside the building.
Groups not allowed.
No extra beds available, and exceeding the maximum apartment capacity is not permitted.
Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.
